The new cohort first arrived on EMLYON’s European campus on Monday September 7th for the school’s grand opening ceremony. During the ceremony, Bernard Belletante, Dean of EMLYON Business School, gave an inspiring speech to all incoming cohorts explaining that EMLYON Business School will help students become who they want to be!
Furthermore, students had the unique opportunity to hear from Tony Parker, world-renowned basketball player who is also the President of Lyon’s basketball arena, home to the ASVEL team, through a video testimonial. Gaëtan Muller, Vice-President of the ASVEL Club and Tony Parker’s right-hand man, as well as EMLYON students and alumni also came to share their experience with incoming intakes.
The next day, students attended an academic presentation of the programme given by Pascal Aymar, Programme Director, who gave the students more information about the journey they are embarking on. The new cohort also enjoyed team building activities such as run & bike, slackline, golf, rock climbing, beach volleyball and archery over at Miribel Jonage, a park located outside of Lyon.
