From Taiwan, to France, to the MSc in Sports Industry Management

Yi-Jing Lin, a current student of the MSc in Sports Industry Management from Taiwan, gives feedback on her experience in the programme:

“The fundamental business classes we had during the first semester in Lyon were really intense and helped us gain the necessary skill set to attend more professional and practical courses during the second part of the programme in Annecy. Furthermore, through group projects and living in France, a country with a completely different culture from Taiwan, I am able to acquire a practical learning experience as an expatriate.”

Yi-Jing Lin also explains what living with an international cohort means to her: “Being part of an international group is challenging as you work and communicate with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Even if it can be sometimes complicated, this experience helps you adapt yourself to working in a multicultural team.”

At the end of her testimonial she gives advice to the future students of the MSc in Sports Industry Management:  “No matter what your educational background is, you just have to make sure you are passionate about the sports industry.”
