MSc in Sports Industry Management Class of 2012-2013 – Where are they now?

After successfully completing their internship as part of the MSc in Sports Industry Management programme and even before officially graduating from the programme, students of the Class of 2012-2013, already found their first job in the global sports industry!  

Ranging from positions within the sales and retail sector to business development and digital marketing, graduates of the programme are now working for multinational brands in the sports industry. 

Here are some examples:

  • Community Manager at WildChina - a premium sustainable travel company specialised in organizing outdoor adventures across China  - in Beijing, China
  • Business Developer at USP Soccer Ground - a development specialist for outdoor and indoor mini sports arenas - in Hennef, Germany
  • Business Developer at Decathlon - Oxylane Group, international retail brand specialized in the sports industry - in Brazil
  • Sales Manager at Wed'ze  - Oxylane Group - in Chamonix, France

Caio Franco, one of the graduates of the MSc in Sports Industry Management from the Class of 2012-2013, perfectly illustrates the bridge between an internship and a first job as he obtained an internship as Supply Chain Trainee for Quechua - Oxylane Group, in the Rhônes-Alpes region in early September 2013, and recently got offered a job as Business Developer to expand the Decathlon brand in Brazil.
