Arrival dates (including orientation days)

-  Exchange Students arriving for Fall Semester: 10 September 2018
-  Exchange Students arriving for Spring Semester: 04 January 2019
-  Exchange Students arriving for Summer Session: 29 April 2019

Specific welcome arrangements are offered to exchange students. It is therefore imperative to be present at emlyon business school on the above mentioned dates.

Term dates (including final exams)

- Fall Semester (1S): 10 September – 21 December 2018
- Spring Semester (2S): 04 January – 18 April 2019
- Summer Session (3B): 29 April – 28 June 2019

Holiday dates

- Fall break (Toussaint): 29 October – 4 November 2018 inclusive
- Christmas holidays: 22 December 2018 – 6 January 2019 inclusive (spring semester new arriving students have to attend the mandatory orientation meeting on 04 January 2019, students have arrived in fall semester 2018 do not need to attend this orientation meeting, but the courses starting on 07 January 2019.)

- Winter break: 23 February – 03 March 2019 inclusive
- Spring break: 20 April – 28 April 2019 inclusive
